1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using WebWatch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

WebWatch is a website monitoring service that tracks changes on URLs you specify and sends you alerts when changes are detected. The Service is provided by Pol Romero Cebrián, based in Spain.

3. Account registration

You must create an account to use WebWatch. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WebWatch to:

Monitor websites without authorization or in violation of their terms of service
Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our infrastructure
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Use the service for any illegal purpose
Resell or redistribute the service without our permission

5. Subscription and payments

WebWatch offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Free trial

New accounts may be eligible for a free trial of a paid plan. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically be downgraded to the free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

7. Limitation of liability

WebWatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all website changes will be detected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Intellectual property

The WebWatch name, logo, and all related content are the property of Pol Romero Cebrián. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of WebWatch is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we determine your use is harmful to other users or the service. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
